Your password needs to be:

A minimum of 9 characters and a maximum of 16 characters
Your password must also contain at least:
- one uppercase letter
- one lowercase letter
- one number (1-9 only)
- one of the following characters !@#$%^&{.}+*()?\
Your password should not contain any spaces or any information that is easy to guess, such as your Member Number, Name or Date of Birth

New Password

Your password should be easy to remember but hard for anyone else to guess. It must contain: 8-16 characters, at least one each of alphabetical (a-z, A-Z) and numeric (0-9); and at least one special character (!@#$%^&*()_+). The password must not include: your username, anything that can be easily guessed, like your date of birth or your name, and any spaces.
